- •(i) Aged between 12 to 17 years, (ii) presence of sleep /circadian problems, (iii) at least one diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 (apart from sleep problems), (iv) written informed consent of primary caretaker
排除标准
- •(i) organic sleep- and brain disorders (i.e. obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy, epilepsy), (ii) suffering from medical conditions, which prevent participation in physical activity, and (iii) changes to medication regime during the study protocol.
