- •ASA grade 1/2/3 included of age 60-85 years being admitted to orthopedic ward of Tezpur medical college and hospital.
排除标准
- •if patient refuses to participate,known allergy,belong to ASA 4,requiring emergency surgery,infection at the block site,known coagulopathy or on anticoagulant therapy,morbid abesity,and in lactating/pregnant women
