入选标准
- •1. American society of anesthesiologists(ASA) physical status I and II
- •2. Scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy(maximum duration 2hrs).
排除标准
- •1. Hepatic, renal,respiratory disorders.
- •2. Seizure disorder,endocrinal,hematological disorders.
- •3. Obesity(BMI >30)
- •4. Prior neuromuscular disease
- •5. Any degree of heart block
- •6. Chronic use of opioids
- •7. Pregnancy
- •8. Prior treatment with calcium channel blockers and betablockers.
- •9. Patients receiving magnesium supplementation.
