- •1.Patients who fail to give informed consent
- •2.Patient with cirrhosis, portal hypertension/ascites, and obstructive jaundice.
- •3.Pregnant and lactating women.
- •4.Patient with kidney and heart disease.
- •5.Patient of Diabetes and Hypertension.
- •6.Patient infected with Hepatitis A, C, D & Hepatitis E.
