简要总结

As much in the exercising group (EG) as in the non-exercising group (NEG), there was predominance of mild (EG = 29,4%; NEG = 35,3%) to moderate (EG = 49,0%; NEG = 41,2%) pain intensity and predominance of the absence of kinesiophobia related to physical activity (EG = 60,8%; NEG = 70,6%), with no statistically significant difference between groups. However, there was significant difference between groups for the risk of occurrence of LBP and for levels of incapacity and kinesiophobia related to work. Exercising individuals present lower risk for occurrence of low back pain (EG = 68,6% low level; NEG = 11,8%), lower level of disability (EG = 88,2% minimal level and 7,8% moderate level; NEG = 60,8% and 31,4%, respectively), and absence of work-related kinesiophobia (EG = 0% presence of kinesiophobia; NEG = 4%).
