- •-COPD classified as GOLD2, with a FEV1 between 30 and 50%
- •-In a physical condition that allows cycling
- •-smoker or former smoker
- •-Informed consent
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? no
- •Number of subjects for this age range:
- •F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes
- •F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range 10
- •F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes

- •-Cardiovascular diseases
- •-Other respiratory diseases than COPD, as well as, lung cancer
- •-Allergy towards the study medicine
- •-Use of beta2-agonist 48 hours prior to study days
- •-COPD rehabilitation 3 months prior to study
- •-Patients treated with beta-blockers
