入选标准
- •1. The patients between the age group 21-60 years
- •2. Patients having clinical features of Karnasrava (CSOM)
排除标准
- •1. Patients not willing for trial and follow up
- •2. Patients having atticoantral type of perforation and total perforation
- •3. Patient having ear discharge associated with haemorrhage, impacted wax, cholesteatoma, associated with malignancy of ear.
- •4.Having other aural pathologies like otitis externa, furunculosis
- •5. Having uncontrolled systemic diseases with medications
- •6. CSOM associated with complications like adenoids, tonsillitis, labyrinthitis, acute mastoiditis
