- •Subacute stage of stroke
- •Ability to understand command
- •Voluntary control grade(Brunnstrom stages of recovery) 3, 4, 5
- •Spasticity grade (Modified Ashworth)1, 1+, 2
- •At least 10º of active fingers and wrist extension
排除标准
- •contraindications to NMES
- •contraindications to faradic stimulation
- •injury in last 3 months to upper limb of affected side
- •cognitive dysfunction
- •previous episode of stroke
