- •-history of allergy to Propofol, Cisatracurium, Fentanyl, Bupivacaine, Ondansetron, Ketorolac, Neostigmine, Atropine, Acetaminophen
- •-history of chronic pain
- •-history of gatroesophageal reflux disease
