- •2. Unable to receive enteric medication
- •3. Pregnant or lactating
- •4. Renal replacement therapy
- •5. Hepatic encephalopathy
- •6. Second or third degree atrioventricular block
- •7. Delirium due to benzodiazepine withdrawal.
