- •Sedentary
- •Stable dietary habits
- •No (first or second-degree) family member with diagnosed type 2 diabetes
排除标准
- •Female sex
- •Unstable body weight (weight gain or loss > 3 kg in the past three months)
- •Participation in a regular exercise training program during the last year before the start of the study
- •Any medical condition requiring treatment and/or medication use
- •abuse of drugs and/or alcohol
- •participation in another biomedical study within 1 month before the first screening visit
