•writen consent to participate in the study
•asymptomatic (no LBP) and symptomatic (chronic LBP) caucasian women and men aged 18-64 years
•Painduration >12 weeks
•Pain localisation: lumbar pelvic region

•elite or professional athletes
•acute infection
•missuse of adictive substances
•pregnancy
•BMI > 28 kg/m2
•central or peripheral neurological disability
•inflamatory or infected tissue in areas of interest (lower back)
•fractures of the spine
•osteoporosis
•tumors or bone metastasis
•former spine surgery
•stong medical therapie (opioids, muscle relaxants, antiepileptika)
•intake of longactive antihistaminika and/or systemic glukokortikoids and/or immune suppresing drugs
•rheumatic diseases
•active systemic diseases
•internistic diseases that may cause risk for the participants during measurements and/or may influence diagnostic findings
•erroneous posture or anaomaly of lower limbs
•progressed disk herniation
