入选标准
- •writen consent to participate in the study
- •asymptomatic (no LBP) and symptomatic (chronic LBP) caucasian women and men aged 18-64 years
- •Painduration >12 weeks
- •Pain localisation: lumbar pelvic region
排除标准
- •elite or professional athletes
- •acute infection
- •missuse of adictive substances
- •pregnancy
- •BMI > 28 kg/m2
- •central or peripheral neurological disability
- •inflamatory or infected tissue in areas of interest (lower back)
- •fractures of the spine
- •osteoporosis
- •tumors or bone metastasis
- •former spine surgery
- •stong medical therapie (opioids, muscle relaxants, antiepileptika)
- •intake of longactive antihistaminika and/or systemic glukokortikoids and/or immune suppresing drugs
- •rheumatic diseases
- •active systemic diseases
- •internistic diseases that may cause risk for the participants during measurements and/or may influence diagnostic findings
- •erroneous posture or anaomaly of lower limbs
- •progressed disk herniation
