Ratio of Height to Thyromental Distance vs Ratio of Neck Circumference to Thyromental Distance as a Predictor of Difficult Laryngoscopy in Obese vs Non-obese- A Prospective Observational Comparative Study with the primary objective Tocompare which one among RHTDM Vs NC/TMD is a better predictor of difficult laryngoscopy in obese vs non-obese and secondary objective to compare RHTDM with another parameter like BMI, NC, TMD and as a predictor of difficult laryngoscopy in obese and non-obese.

- •BMI: 18.5- 40 kg/m
- •Elective surgeries.
- •ASA PS- I to II.
排除标准
- •Patient’s refusal.
- •Patients with inadequate mouth.
- •opening, edentulous.
- •Patient with external deformity in neck region.
- •Patient with cervical spine pathology.
- •Patient who will not require endotracheal intubation.
- •Pregnant patient.
- •• Patient with known case of airway disease.
- •• Patient requiring rapid sequence intubation.
- •• Patient with craniofacial deformity.
- •• ASA PS III.
