The customized tissue-engineered scaffold built using the patient’s CT data was successfully fabricated using an extrusion-based 3D printing systemwhich promoted the regeneration of a deficient tissue while remaining stable in the body for a relatively long period of time in complex maxillary defect patients.

入选标准
- •The patients with complex orbital or maxillary defects after surgical removal of cancer or truma.
- •Whom visited plastic and reconstuctive surgery department outpatient clinic and full informed consent was achived were enrolled in this study.
排除标准
- •Exculsion criterias are
- •1. Age older than 60 (due to possible decreased regeneration capacity)
- •2. Pregnant woman or patients who are planning to get pregnant during the study.
- •3. Patients who has experienced severe adverse effect from any drug or history of severe allergic reactions.
- •4. Diabetes patients
- •5. Any patient who are under a medication for underlying diseases.
