•All the cases related to low back ache , leg pain and any kind of sensation in lower limbs, age ranging between 30 to 70 years irrespective of gender will be considered for study.

•1. Patients suffering from life threatening diseases and those who need emergency medical interventions .
•2. Patients with any severe concomitant illness like hemiplegia , paraplegia or kidney failure who may not be able to come for regular follow ups, will not be considered.
•3. Any patients with gross neurological defects.
•4. Any patients with unbearable pain.
