入选标准
- •Adult patients diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis according to ACR/EULAR 2010 criteria
排除标准
- •History of any other connective tissue diseases like Systemic Sclerosis, SLE, Sjogrens, Polymyositis or Dermatomyositis.
- •Current use (or any use in the last 3 months) of drugs such as glucocorticoids, oral contraceptives, and those affecting the cardiovascular system
- •Occupations with a risk of microtrauma to hands(e.g., farmer and gardener).
- •Active Malignancy
- •Active liver disease, renal insufficiency
- •Current pregnancy, or lactating mothers
- •Active infection
- •Cerebrovascular and/or cardiovascular disease
- •Diabetics and Hypertensives
- •Hypercholesterolemia
- •Any history of arterial or venous thrombosis or known procoagulant state.
