- •Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes
- •HbA1c = 7%
- •BMI = 25 kg/m2
- •Age = 18 years
- •At least one oral antidiabetic drug
- •Overall at least three prescribed medications for chronic diseases
- •Ability to fulfill questionnaires independently
- •Declaration of consent
- •Ability to understand German in spoken and written form in order to participate in the prevention program
排除标准
- •Inclusion criteria not fulfilled
- •Declaration of consent withdrawn before collection of baseline data
- •Treatment exclusively with insulin
- •Cardiovascular event in the past
- •Cancer / severe illness
- •No recognition of the consequences of the study
- •Participation in a clinical study in the last 30 days
