- •1. Patients undergoing Elective and Emergency LSCS
- •2. American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) grade 2
- •3. BMI less than or equal to 30.
排除标准
- •1. Patient not willing for spinal anesthesia
- •2. Systemic hypotension
- •3. Infection at the site of injection
- •4. Altered coagulation profile.
- •5. valvular heart disease
- •6. Vertebral anomaly
- •7. History of PDPH in previous pregnancies
- •8. History of recent headache, occipital neuralgia or migraine
