简要总结
The increasing emphasis on reablement reflects a shift in the caring culture of long-term care policies and systems. However, inconsistent findings regarding its effectiveness highlight the need to better understand how reablement interventions work across different care settings, including community-based services. With Taiwan integrating reablement into the National 10-Year Long-Term Care Plan 2.0, identifying effective approaches within Taiwan's long-term care context has become increasingly important.
This study aims to examine a collaborative reablement service model. investigators use the data from a county-level claims dataset in which collaborative reablement services were implemented in adult day care centers. Investigators investigate whether participation in collaborative reablement services is associated with improvements in physical and psychological health.

结局指标
主要结局
Change in physical performance
时间窗: Baseline (March 2023) and follow-up (October 2023).
Physical performance was evaluated using the Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB; 0-12).
Change in Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
时间窗: Baseline (March 2023) and follow-up (October 2023).
ADLs was measured using the Barthel Index (0-100).
Change in Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
时间窗: Baseline (March 2023) and follow-up (October 2023).
IADLs were assessed using an 8-item scale (0-24).
Change in cognitive function
时间窗: Baseline (March 2023) and follow-up (October 2023).
