- •1.Preparation for full coverage restoration involving replacement of missing mandibular first molar.
- •2.Radiographically sound abutment teeth.
- •3.Clinically healthy gingival status, confirmed by Loe H and Silness J Gingival Index.
- •4.Abutment teeth of normal size and contour (no developmental anomaly or regressive age changes).
排除标准
- •1.Age less than 18 years.
- •2.Gingival and periodontal disease.
- •3.Uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, hyperthyroidism and other cardiovascular disorders.
- •4.Attachment loss or signs of periodontal disease.
- •5.Tipped, tilted or rotated abutment teeth.
