入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients giving valid consent
- •2. All ASA criteria I and II
- •3. Elective LSCS
- •4. Patient between 18 to 35 years of age
- •5. Term singleton pregnancy
排除标准
- •a. Patient’s refusal.
- •b. Patients with medical complications like diabetes, CVA, cardio respiratory
- •disease, hepatic, renal or endocrine disease.
- •c. Obstetric complications like breech presentation, twin pregnancy, placenta previa,
- •placental abruption, pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH).
- •d. Patients with autonomic neuropathy, spinal deformity or coagulation abnormality.
- •e. Patients with neonatal compromise like fetal bradycardia meconium stained
- •liquor, IUGR.
- •f. Failed spinal ,repeat spinal, patchy spinal, Conversion to general anesthesia at any
- •moment of surgery is excluded from study.
- •g. Patient with history of allergy to study drugs
- •h. Height <140 cm and >180 cm
- •i. Weight <50kg and >100kg.
