- •Patient undergoing elective unilateral total knee arthroplasty.
- •Patient giving Consent for study.
- •Patient between 18 to 80 years.
- •Patient of either sex.
- •American society of Anaesthesiologists grade I , II , or III.
排除标准
- •Patients having Coagulation disorders.
- •Patients with pre-existing lower extremity neuromuscular disorders.
- •Patients with procedure site infection.
- •Patients with history of allergy or contraindication to drugs utilised in study.
- •Patients on chronic opioid use.
- •Patients unable to follow the study protocol.
