- •Patients coming to the emergency department with one or more of the following injuries:
- •Traumatic brain injury with a GLASGOW COMA SCORE <13,Chest trauma, Abdominal injury, Pelvic fracture or long bone fractures.
排除标准
- •1.Pregnant patient
- •2.known case of haemorrhagic and hepatic disorders
- •3.patients on anticoagulants and antiplatelets
- •4.Prior blood transfusion in the last 72 hours
