简要总结

This randomized controlled trial aims to compare the effectiveness of mirror book therapy and mime therapy in patients with Bell's palsy. The study evaluates improvements in facial symmetry, functional disability, and patient satisfaction following structured rehabilitation interventions.

详细描述

Bell's palsy is a peripheral facial nerve paralysis that results in facial asymmetry and functional impairment. Rehabilitation approaches such as mime therapy and mirror therapy are widely used. Mirror therapy incorporates visual feedback and motor relearning principles, which may enhance neuromuscular recovery . Mime therapy focuses on facial exercises, symmetry training, and functional retraining.

Participants will be randomly allocated into two groups:

Mirror Book Therapy Group Mime Therapy Group

Both groups will receive structured treatment protocols over a defined period. Outcome measures will be assessed at baseline and post-intervention to determine comparative effectiveness.
