简要总结

This project titled "Prevalence of Low Back Pain Among Indian Equestrian Horse Riders: A Cross-Sectional Study" by Gajanan Shashank Kamat, aims to estimate the prevalence of low back pain (LBP) among equestrian horse riders in India. The study will utilize an online questionnaire(Roland –Morris Disability Questionnaire) distributed to equestrian riders aged 18 and above, gathering data over 5 months from January 2025 to April 2025. By analyzing the responses, the research seeks to provide insights into how LBP affects riders during their equestrian careers, thereby contributing to the understanding of injury awareness and the importance of physiotherapy in equestrian sports. The findings are expected to benefit equestrian athletes by enhancing training regimens and promoting injury prevention strategies within the equestrian community. Participation is voluntary, ensuring confidentiality and ethical considerations throughout the research process.
