•1) Healthy adults in their 20s and 50s over the age of 19
•2) Those who can read and understand the questionnaire and have a level of language ability to respond
•3) A person who voluntarily decides to participate in this study and agrees in writing to the consent form of the subject
•4-1) Pregnant women who diagnosed gestational diabetes mellitus at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy
•- Diagnostic criteria : Fasting blood glucose =95 mg/dL, 1 hour blood glucose =180 mg/dL, 2 hours blood glucose =155 mg/dL, and 3 hours blood glucose =140 mg/dL through glucose load test at 24-28 weeks of gestation
•4-2) Pregnant women who diagnosed with glucose intolerance through glucose load test at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy
•-Those who are at least one of the following: fasting =95 mg/dL, 1 hour blood glucose =180 mg/dL, 2 hours blood glucose = 155 mg/dL, and 3 hours blood glucose =140 mg/dL
•5) A pregnant women who has a smartphone and can use the application on her own

•1) A pregnant women who is unable to read and understand the questionnaire and has an unresponsive level of language skills.
•2) A pregnant women who has expressed her intention to refuse to participate in this study or has withdrawn her consent.
•3) When accompanied by serious medical diseases (such as stroke, myocardial infarction, terminal disease, etc.)
•4) Severe diabetic complications (severe diabetic nephropathy, retinopathy, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, etc.)
•5) When taking drugs that affect blood sugar.
•: Use corticosteroid (prednisolon 30mg or more) for more than 2 weeks.
•: Take immunosuppressive drugs (Cyclopsorin, Tacrolimus, Sirolimus, etc.)
•: Nicotinic acid not less than 1500 mg/day, etc.
•6) If you take a weight loss drug for weight loss purposes.
•7) If you have other endocrine diseases.
•8) For pre-pregnancy diabetes.
•9) If you are participating in another clinical trial at the same time, or if you are participating in a previous clinical trial and not enough time has elapsed
•10) If you are using a mobile healthcare service other than the Doctor Diary.
•11) If you are not using a smartphone, or if you are a low-end smartphone that cannot install the application used for research,
•12) Other cases where the person in charge of the test and the person in charge find it inappropriate.
