- •Children of both genders, age between 1 and 6 years (included in their 7th year), history of recurrenty respiratory tract infections (minimum 4 documented episodes during the previous year), suffering from a RTI at the enrolment visit, parent(s) or legal representative having given their written informed consent.

排除标准
- •Tonsillectomy and/or adenoidectomy if performed after the first RTI during the year preceding the study period, allergic ashma, mucoviscidosis,significant systemic diseases (i.e. hepatic and/or renal), auto-immune or immune system related diseases, oral vaccination with live vaccine within 4 weeks before study start, participation in another clinical trial within the last month.
