- •All genders
- •Age group between 40- 65 years
- •Radiographically evaluated grade 2 and grade 3 OA
- •(According to Kellgren and Lawrence classification for knee OA)
- •BMI < 30 kg/m2
- •Unilateral medial compartment knee OA (associated with patellofemoral osteoarthritis)
排除标准
- •H/O Chronic and autoimmune inflammatory diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and gout)
- •H/O Neuromuscular disorders
- •H/O Mental illnesses (that could hinder the understanding)
- •Red flags to soft tissue release
- •Corticosteroid injection within the previous 6 weeks
- •Red flags to mobilization
- •Participants with recent musculoskeletal injury (3-6 months)
