•? Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for congenital muscular torticollis in children;
•? The whole course of treatment adopts therapy;
•? The age at the time of receiving massage treatment is 0-1 years old; the current age is 3-9 years old, and the gender is not limited;
•? Voluntary participation in this study, with good compliance, signed informed consent by the patients themselves or their immediate family members.

•? Those who have received other Chinese and Western medicine treatments for CMT during Chanrou Tuina therapy;
•? Those who have suffered trauma during or after treatment, resulting in restricted neck movement;
•? Those who have other musculoskeletal dysfunction diseases, such as cerebral palsy, myasthenia gravis, etc.;
•? Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
