入选标准
- •1)right upper quadrant pain, hepatomegaly and fever 2)usg done 3) liver abscess in right lobe of liver,(size > 7 cms. or volume > 250 cc), liquefied and peripheral liver parenchyma <1 cm on USG .
排除标准
- •1)younger than 18 yrs and older than 70 years, ruptured liver abscess, unstable patient, multiple non communicating abscess cavities, abscess in left lobe of liver, abscess having thicker peripheral parenchyma and patients lost to early follow up.
