- •Infección documentada por el VIH
- •Tratamiento antirretroviral durante al menos 6 meses y sin que se hayan realizado cambios en los últimos 3 meses
- •Carga viral indetectable (<40 copias/ml) durante al menos 3 meses
- •Valores de triglicéridos en plasma 2,2 mmol/dl
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? no

- •Incapacidad para comprender y/o participar en el estudio
- •Pacientes en tratamiento con glucocorticoides Pacientes con tratamiento anticoagulante Pacientes con pancreatitis aguda o crónica
- •Pacientes con insuficiencia hepática
- •Mujeres embarazadas ó en periodo de lactancia Pacientes que realicen un consumo de riesgo de alcohol (varones: 30 gr/d, mujeres: 20 gr/d) u otras drogas
- •Pacientes con neoplasia que requiera tratamiento sistémico ó con una esperanza de vida < 1 año
- •Pacientes con infección activa en el último mes.
