- •2-Subjects with BMI between 23.0-24.9kg/sqm (overweight) and 25.0-29.9 kg/sqm (obese)
- •3- Age group of 18-25years and who are willing to participate in the study

- •1- Exercise induced asthma
- •2- Open wounds
- •3-Menstruation
- •4- Hydrophobia
