•For Unmarried women- Should be more than 18 years of age, willing to provide written informed consent, a resident of the village and willing to stay in the village during the study period.
•For Married women- Should be more than 18 years of age, willing to provide written informed consent, who is newly married or with a history of previous pregnancy, planning to conceive within 6 months, a resident of the village and willing to stay in the village during the study period.

•Those who do not consent to the trial
•Those with serious chronic medical or psychiatric conditions
•Those who are pregnant at the time of enrolment in trial
