- •1. Cardiac Surgery with the use of cardiopulmonary bypass
- •2. Age > 18 years
- •3. Informed consent
排除标准
- •1. Historiy of acute kidney injury
- •2. chronic kidney disease with a glomerular filtration rate < 20 ml/min
- •3. Dialysis-dependent chronic kidney insufficiency
- •4. Kidney transplant within the last 12 months
- •5. Liver failure
- •6. Primary or secondary hyperaldosteronism
- •7. Pregnancy or nursing period
- •8. Persons with any kind of dependency on the investigator or employed by the sponsor or investigator
