入选标准
- •1. Children from 7 years to 17 years with previous diagnosis of Asthma or if reason for hospital visit included Asthma
- •2. Children whose parents give consent to participate in the study and are willing for follow up
- •3. Patients having smartphone with good internet connectivity
排除标准
- •1. Children whose parents refuse to give consent to participate in the study
- •2. Children with chronic conditions like chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease, congenital heart disease, rickets, diagnosed endocrinological disease, any recent surgeries or any other concomitant illness that warrants in-person visit.
- •3. Children with >=1 exacerbation per week
- •4. Children with history of exacerbation in last week requiring hospital admission
