- •1 History of laser, light therapy for Hori nevus
- •2 History of topical bleaching agents or chemical peels < 4 wk
- •3 An active facial skin infection/inflammation
- •4 History of recurrent herpes infection
- •5 Immunocompromised host
- •6 Pregnancy or breast feeding
