- •Septic shock diagnosed according to the modified International Consensus Conference on Pediatric Sepsis criteria for cardiovascular dysfunction
排除标准
- •1.Hypovolumic shock.
- •2.Baby diagnosed or suspected to have congenital heart disease.
- •3.Baby already on inotropes.
- •4.Severe birth asphyxia with evidence of HIE II or III in term/near-term neonates of 35 weeks (Sarnat staging) or mild/moderate/severe encephalopathy (Levene classification) in preterm neonates of <35 weeks.
