简要总结
The product could decrease wrinkle more than 55% of subjects, more than 75% of subjects were detected more skin lightening. After 8-week usage, the skin moisture content and skin barrier function seem to be statistically significant differences in improved group but there were only 40% of all subjects. In the same way, the skin elasticity represented by R2, R6 and R7 at the 8th week were presented statistically significant differences in improved groups but there were less than 40% of all subjects.

入选标准
- •1. Healthy female age between 20-55 years old
- •2. All skin types
- •3. Having clearly visible wrinkle at eye corner [ crow's feet] or forehead
- •4. Having Fitzpatrick skin type II-V
- •5. Having experience using a counter brand facial skin care
- •6. No wound, scar or any dermatological disorder on face
- •7. No smoking, alcoholic drinking or addiction to any narcotic substances history
- •8. No allergic history to any ingredient in commercially available anti-wrinkle products or cosmetics in the market
- •9. Willing to participate in the study after being informed objective, methodology, possible risk and result, and be able to follow the study protocol during the 8-week study period
- •10. Be able to read, communicate and write Thai language
排除标准
- •1. Having a history of hyperallergic reaction
- •2. Having a history of skin eczema psoriasis within 6 months before enter the study
- •3. Having a history of using steroid antibiotic NSAIDs and antihistamine within 3 days before enter the study
- •4. Having a history of using any topical medicine on the face in the last 3 weeks before enter the study
- •5. Having underlying disease and continuous taking or applying medicine for facial treatment
- •6. History of major operation within 1 year
- •7. History of skin cancer within 1 year
- •8. Having pregnancy or lactation
- •9. Having wound and scar around study-evaluating face area
- •10. Having history of participating in other clinical study within 3 months before enrollment in this study
- •11. Having allergic history of rice or rice extract cosmetic product
