入选标准
- •1.patient undergoing elective surgeries requiring nasotracheal intubation who have consented
- •2.ASA Grade 1 and 2
- •3.Mallampati Grade I and II
- •4.Mouth opening at least 2 finger breadth
排除标准
- •1.patients with known severe deformities of the nasal cavity, mass in nasal cavity and oropharynx
- •2.History of severe epistaxis or epistaxis within a month
- •3.current coagulation abnormality
- •4.History of fracture or operation of cranial base
- •5.History of CSF rhinorrhoea
