入选标准
- •1. Women indicated to have endometrial sampling
- •2. Willing to do office-endometrial sampling
- •3. Non pregnant
排除标准
- •1. Hypersensitivity to lidocaine or amide type local anesthetics
- •2. Underlying cardiovascular disease,heart failure, arrhythmia and bradycardia.
- •3. Known severe renal dysfunction and impaired hepatic function.
- •4. History of convulsion
- •5. Known uterine anomaly or myoma uteri that distort uterine cavity
- •6. Known cervical stenosis
- •7. Acute cervicitis and pelvic inflammatory disease
- •8. Inability to understand how to score Visual analogue scale for pain
- •9. Previous endometrial biopsy
