- •The patients who undergone left nasotracheal intubation for maxillofacial surgery
- •20 years = age < 80 years
- •American society of anesthesia (ASA) classification 1 - 3
排除标准
- •History of recent upper respiratory infection
- •Anatomical change of nose
- •Bleeding tendency, administration of anticoagulant
- •History of recurrent epistaxis
- •History of nasopharyngeal surgery
- •Difficulty of nasotracheal intubation such as nasal septum deviation
