- •2. Either gender, aged >18 years
- •3. Scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia

- •1. History of congestive heart failure, ejection fraction <40%, significant valvular heart
- •disease, cardiomyopathy
- •3. Diabetes mellitus, jaundice, hepatic or renal disease, body mass index >= 35kg/m2
- •4. Pregnant females
