- •ASA I -II patients with normal renal and liver functions posted for elective unilateral inguinal hernia repair
排除标准
- •1.Patients with contraindications to paracetamol, diclofenac, lignocaine and bupivacaine.
- •2.patient refusal
- •3.Patients having haemorrhagic disorders
- •4.Local infection
- •5.Patients with cotraindication to study drugs or procedure
- •6.Known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drug
