入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Patients above 18years.
- •2.Definite retinal thickening due to diabetic macular edema based on OCT.
- •3.Presence of vitreomacular traction on OCT associated with macular edema.
- •4.Diffuse macular edema with taut premacular posterior hyaloids on OCT who unlikely to respond to focal or grid laser.
- •5.Edema judged to be inadequately responsive to previous treatment(s) and unlikely to benefit from further focal photocoagulation.
- •6.Stable proliferative diabetic retinopathy
排除标准
- •1.Other causes of macular edema such as uveitis or retinal vascular occlusion,epiretinal membrane.
- •2. Fibrovascular proliferation resulting in macular detachment.
- •3. Significant media opacity such as cataract or vitreous hemorrhage
- •4. History of glaucoma or intraocular pressure (IOP) >21 mmHg;
- •5. History of any previous ocular surgery.
