•Aged 18–60 years;
•Meeting the diagnostic criteria for mild to moderate obesity;
•If currently undergoing any weight loss intervention (including pharmacotherapy), must have completely discontinued such intervention for at least 2 weeks;
•Willing to participate voluntarily and provide signed informed consent.

•Pregnant or lactating women;
•Patients with severe diseases involving the heart, liver, kidneys, blood system, endocrine system, etc., or those with secondary obesity;
•Obesity caused by medication use;
•Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels > 1.5 times the upper limit of normal (ULN), or serum creatinine (Cr) level above the ULN;
•Participation in another clinical trial within the past 3 months or current participation in any other clinical trial;
•Any other conditions deemed by the investigator as inappropriate for enrollment.
