入选标准

  • 1) Evidence of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage using computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or lumbar puncture and an imaging method to detect the aneurysm, i.e. digital subtraction angiography (DSA), CT or MRI angiography
  • 2) Secure of the aneurysm using endovascular or microsurgical procedures
  • 3) Written informed consent to the study or written informed consent from an authorized representative

排除标准

  • 1) Existing surgical wounds or drainage that are incompatible with the headphone or TCD probe
  • 2) Hypacusis or anacusis
  • 3) pregnancy of the patient
  • 4) Participation in an intervention study within the past 30 days
  • 5) Any other reasons that preclude study participation from the study director's perspective
