入选标准
- •- Adult patients ><= 18 years; healthy controls ><= 18 and <<= 45 years
- •- Fulfilment of the EFNS/PNS clinical criteria for probable or definite CIDP or MADSAM (appendix in protocol)
- •- Disability or progression of disease justifying treatment
排除标准
- •- Other diseases known to cause neuropathy
- •- Use of drugs which are known to cause neuropathy
- •- Neurophysiological evidence of carpal tunnel syndrome
- •- Use of immunomodulatory drugs in the last 6 months or IVIg in the last 2 months.
- •- Refusal to give informed consent or withdrawal of previously given permission
- •- Legally incompetent adult
