入选标准
- •- male or female age between 8 to 25 year
- •- BMI between 18.0-25.0 cm/kg2
- •- participant who able to flex hip and knee more than 90 degree, full knee extension, ankle dorsiflexion more than 0 degree and plantarflexion morethan 30 degree
- •- participant who have no back or leg pain
- •- have not contraindication for exercise or massage
- •- good communication
排除标准
- •- have back or leg pain
- •- operation or injury of lower limb
- •- fracture at lower limb
- •- infection at CNS or spine
- •- spinal disorders such as scoliosis
- •- neural disorders such as loss of sensation, muscle weakness
- •- cancer or chemotherapy
- •- pregnancy
- •- mental disorder
- •- unable to communication
