•1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of lateral epicondylitis;
•2. Aged 18-70 years, no gender restriction;
•3. Volunteer to participate in case registration study, and sign a consent form

•1.With abnormal blood coagulation mechanism;
•2.Infection signs such as redness and swelling, burning or deep abscess at the surgical site;
•3.With failure of heart, brain, kidney and other organs;
•4.With bone tumors,spinal tuberculosis,severe osteoporosis and other osteoarthrosis;
•5.With serious medical diseases such as gastrointestinal bleeding and liver cirrhosis;
•6.with infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and chronic hepatitis B;
•7.With other chronic infections, mental diseases, etc;
•8.People who have taken painkillers within 1 week or received other treatment within 2 weeks;
•9.Gestational patients who are unsuitable for relevant treatment ;
•10.Other situations in where the researcher thinks it is inappropriate to participate in the study
