- •Open Tibial fractures.
- •2. Age group- 18 and above.
- •3. Consent to participate in the study
- •4. Patient medically fit for surgery

- •1. Gustilo Anderson Grade I and IIIC
- •Compound Fractures
- •2. Fractures with features suggestive of
- •compartment syndrome.
- •3. Fractures needing vascular repair.
- •4. Refusal to provide informed consent
- •5. Patients below 18 years.
